Z Street Speakeasy Band has been playing many Roaring 20s, Gatsby and Speakeasy themed gigs so far in 2020. The band specializes in hot jazz, 1920s, and 40s swing but unlike other vintage bands, they can transition into more contemporary music as the night goes on. With both male and female vocals the high energy band keeps the dance floor packed and it's no surprise that they get rebooked year after year from the same clients. Band leader Mark says, "Most of our clients rebook us because we entertain the audience, we draw them in, our presentation is professional, and we're on time, and as always, literally leave them wanting more. Z Street Speakeasy band leader and trumpet player/vocalist Mark, and avocalist Kathy have extensive experience in music. Mark holds a BA in music and Masters in Psychology from Rollins College, and Kathy is a Graduate of The Interlochen Arts Academy, majoring in voice, and attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
